Large infrastructure projects depend on organizations able to contribute engineering, construction, equipment and delivery capability at scale. The organizations below are the first included in C3’s international alliance development.
China National Electric Engineering Co., Ltd.
CNEEC is a Chinese state-owned engineering company working across EPC consultation, operations and maintenance, and rehabilitation. Its work covers infrastructure and clean-energy solutions for a range of industrial projects.
China Machinery Engineering Corporation
CMEC is an engineering and construction company within the China National Machinery Industry Corporation (Sinomach) group. Its particular depth is in power projects, covering generation, transmission and distribution.
Ownership and Oversight
The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council is an institution directly under the State Council of China. It holds the state’s ownership interest in centrally administered, non-financial state-owned enterprises, exercising shareholder functions on the State Council’s behalf, evaluating performance, approving major reorganizations and mergers, and setting the rules for management of state assets.
